
We are aware of an issue where student iPads are encountering the following error when trying to access Google: "Our systems have detected unusual traffic from your computer network." This issue is specific to student iPads and does not appear to be affecting other devices. As a temporary fix, please remove all Google domains from the MITM section in School Manager. You can find this setting under: Configuration → Mobile Agent Please note that this change will temporarily remove the ability to see search terms. We are actively working on a permanent solution and will provide an update as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
